Reservations will be confirmed by e-mail or return mail.

Refund will be made if we are notified of cancellation within the required time frame. No refund for early departure.

All cancellations must be in writing or by e-mail and a confirmation number will be issued by The Sands.

Minimum stay may be required for weekends, special events and holidays.
